At present, BMG does not offer complimentary shipping. Shipping costs will be estimated for all suppliers using UPS, Canada Post, or Freight services.

Suppliers have the option to utilize their preferred courier as long as they provide their shipping account details or provide their own BOL/ shipping label.

We have selected various shipping options for all orders made through our website, ensuring that you have access to the quickest, most secure, and reliable delivery services. Our customer service team will present the available delivery choices to suppliers, allowing them to make informed decisions.

Generally, deliveries are not scheduled for Saturdays or Sundays.

You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information as soon as your order leaves the warehouse. You can also find your tracking details in My Account.

If you have more than one order that has shipped, select the specific order that you'd like to track items from. If the items you'd like to track have been shipped, the tracking information will be displayed for you here.

To facilitate shipping to multiple addresses, it's necessary to create a new order for each individual address.

1. Place your pickup order online.

2. Choose the "Pick Up" option, and fill out the details of the pickup person (this can be you or someone else).

3. You or your pickup person (selected during checkout) can pick up your order at the store. Please bring your order notification email and 2 pieces of ID.

What to do before you arrive:

Once you receive the confirmation email stating that your order is ready for pickup, ensure that either the person who made the payment or the designated pickup individual (whom you selected during the checkout process) brings the order confirmation email to the store, along with 2 pieces of ID.

At least one piece of ID should be a government-issued photo ID. The second piece can be a personal credit or debit card.
